We are Laurie Marianne & Howard, a partnership of two artist designers based in Bristol, UK. This website address is:  www.artandfineart.tv Our sister website is https://www.thestationeryconcierge.com  where you can see a portfolio of our other work, mainly customisable print on demand items.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not take on commissions relating to any of our designs and artworks, and we do not offer in person studio visits as we work from various private premises.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to their nature and the nature of their delivery, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for digital products. As per UK law, we offer a refund to customers if you inform us within 14 days of receiving physical artwork. The artwork must be returned within a maximum of a further 14 days (so 28 days from the purchase date).

Payment for Physical Artwork

For most items, we take Paypal payments (for artwork and physical items which are not subject to sales tax), for which we will email you an invoice. After receiving your enquiry we will confirm with you that the item is available and discuss collection. In general items must be picked up in person in Southville, Bristol, although small items may be posted for an extra P&P fee. After purchase we will arrange collection with you and in some cases we may be able to deliver locally.

Payment for Digital Downloads

For instant digital downloads we use PayHip as a PayPal payment provider as they are able to add local sales taxes which are a legal requirement. The content, graphics or templates from The Secret Studio are available to you solely for personal endeavours. You are granted permission to download, print and use them at home, but any commercial use including selling, distributing, or re-purposing for commercial endeavours is strictly prohibited. Any form of re-publication, distribution, resale or other unauthorized uses are prohibited.

Your Privacy & Data

When you place an order through this site, PayPal or PayHip will collect and maintain your purchase order information our behalf unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We will not sign you up to any mailing lists without permission. If you use the contact forms here to send a message, your name and email address are used to send you replies. Other than to respond to your enquiry made via the contact forms, these pieces of information are not used for any further purposes. All designs, graphics and other intellectual properties belong exclusively to us unless otherwise noted. It is strictly forbidden to replicate or reproduce them in any way. Invitations and templates available for purchase are solely for personal use and must not be re-sold under any circumstances. All fonts used are in the public domain or have a platform licence secured and paid for by us. Any assets that are not the original work of The Secret Studios or The Stationery Concierge also have the appropriate platform usage licences procured and paid for by us.
